If more than 5 stars for Rachel was an option, hands down we would give it! Rachel not only helped us buy our first home, she got to know us to really understand what we were looking for and what would and wouldn't work for us in a variety of ways. She spent countless hours with us driving us to see houses, answering our many questions, and once we were in escrow, she took care of so much including being at inspections/other appointments that we just couldn't swing without taking time off of work. She provided so much customized help to us, all with a heavy dose of professionalism and a sense of humor. I also really appreciated that Rachel had our best interests in mind - there were houses where Rachel warned us of high prices to replace/remodel certain aspects, or if a house wasn't worth the listed price. To boot, we never felt pressured by Rachel, she was very supportive along the way providing us with ample helpful information, though she always put the choice in our hands and was very supportive of whatever we decided. Without reservation and with gusto, we HIGHLY recommend Rachel!
